- Pricing and Payment 2.1 Pricing: The pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the appointment scheduling process. The prices are based on various factors such as the size of the area, the type of cleaning required, and the condition of the carpets or upholstery. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect already scheduled appointments.
2.2 Payment: Payment for the services rendered is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. In the case of a check bounce, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling 3.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4.2 Preparations: Prior to our arrival, it is your responsibility to remove any fragile or valuable items from the area being serviced. We recommend securing any breakable items to prevent accidents.
4.3 Health and Safety: For the safety of our team and to facilitate the cleaning process, please keep children and pets away from the cleaning area during the service.
- Limitations and Liability 5.1 Service Results: While we strive to provide excellent cleaning services, the final outcome may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as the age, condition, and type of carpets or upholstery. We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal but will make every effort to achieve satisfactory results.
5.2 Damages: We take utmost care during the cleaning process, but in the unlikely event of any damages occurring to your property, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the issue.
5.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Carpet Cleaning Guelph and its employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
